District Court of Helsinki, Decision in case H 08/3008, June 23, 2008 and August 6, 2008

In these four cases, Section 60c of the Copyright Act was applied to disconnect DirectConnect p2p filesharing users. All the issues were settled quickly afterwards and later the request was withdrawn.
